Answers is a linkedin feature where you can engage ask and answer questions. Its both beneficial and effective. It helps you solve your queries and also brings you free traffic to your profile.
All you have to do is ask any career specific question whenever you're in a fix. You'll get some intelligent responses.Also, its a well known fact that the Knowledge increases by sharing. Hence more you answer others questions with your knowledge on a certain subject the more they would help you in your questions. The result would be increased popularity and all the benefits which follow popularity.
